Re: fellow with brain tumor
Hi, Carol. Another interesting find, this rubric -- with both Arn and Graph, and a few other interesting remedies as well. HEAD - TUMORS - Brain aeth. apom. arn. aur-i. Bar-c. bell. calc. cham. Con. glon. graph. hydr. Kali-i. Plb. PLB-I. sep. sulph. Thuj. zinc-s. I'd choose a remedy that deals with ...

THoughts on fellow with cancer
Hi, Carol.
Did you tell us at some point what kind of cancer this fellow has?
The weeping amel and weeping from music bring up Ign, Dig, and Graph.
Ign and Dig don't have much action with cancers, but Graph does, and it's one of only a few remedies with cancer in old scars. You implied in your

listening session
Hi, Shannon. This should be an interesting experience. It might make sense to follow Irene's theme, and ask what the climate is in Congress relative to various aspects of health freedom -- e.g., choosing treatments, vaccinations, etc..., and also what is the best way for people concerned about this ...

Re: Help from Repertorium Virosa
Thanks for posting this, Jean.
I'm working with a child whose autism is very similar, and whose birth defect was ectopic anus. She's doing wonderfully well on Merc. I hadn't even thought of the viral patterns (have to get my thinking repatterned, obviously...).

Re: Not trying to waste anyone's time with a homeopathic method for toenails fungus
For what it's worth, I've generally found that toenail fungus and athlete's foot are useful rubrics, and also provide good sentinel information on the working of a chrinic remedy. Sometimes it gets worse if the remedy is working on more serious issues, and generally it just goes away when the person...

Re: Diabetes insipidus, or ??
Well, I can offer one possible physiological explanation. The hormone that concentrates urine (antidiuretic hormone) normally rises during the sleep process (the body is so intricately designed -- it's amazing!). However, when people are not sleeping deeply through normal sleep cycles, the lighter s...

Re: Family role in individual cases -- PS
Well said, Ellen. Yes, it's that "inner listening" that gives the biggest clues to what's happening. It's sometimes very hard to treat different adult members in the same family, because of confidentiality issues, especially when there is disagreement, and both parties are confiding in the...

Re: Family role in individual cases -- PS
Hi, Luise. Yes, it is indeed the strategy. And sometimes it can't work. In a very few instances, I've had patients with absolutely no memory of these previous symptoms and no ability to say anything about them -- just a whole new story relating only to the present moment. Without a responsible and r...

Re: Boy only 11 yrs old with Hodgkin's Lymphoma - suggestions
I've used Arsenicum album very successfully with one case of Hodgkins. The patient also had Crohn's, and the symptoms fit. Both problems were cured, about 4 years ago, and the patient is still fine. I can certain see the Iodium salts as potential remedies. Scroph-n is definitely another possibility....

Re: Family role in individual cases -- PS
Ellen, On reflection I think that the strategy of avoiding feeling what someone feels is a good analysis of a difficult treatment situation. It's indeed impossible to treat someone who apparently doesn't remember what they had been feeling at the last conversation, unless there is an appointed third...
