I have known those garlic chunks to go through whole, some people do not have sufficient digestive functions to process those cloves, even if split.

I would locate a certified organic farm or a small farmer whose farming practices you can check out personally.
I would buy from them or ask them where they get their livestock. Obviously you would prefer as local a source as possible
to save on shipping costs and minimize stress to the animal.

I would even seek out the producers of organic raw milk cheeses to see where they get their milk from and go to that source.

If eating whole is not digestible for a person, it might be better to crush the cloves and mix in some good, raw honey then eat by the spoonful

I don't know if it would be true for this purpose, but in many instances garlic doesn't have to be digested in order to do marvelous work. Eg. I read of taping it to soles of feet (can't remember why -- detox, or illness?); I used to use a sliver taped onto infected wound, works GREAT so long as not irritating the cut. Many of its properties must be carried in the volatile part that makes it sooooo, um, olfactorily impressive.

I wonder if chopping more finely would give them any help?

But Fran -- at 3 cloves per day, I would think that after a few days they are walking in a cloud of garlic odor, aren't they? Is there any fix for that?

The Russians in WWI? taped garlic around the edges of lacerations to disinfect
I used it in the ear for ear infection when the kids were small.
Also, taping on soles of feet will draw whooping cough and other respiratory illness out of the body.

There once was a pamphlet that listed all the uses of garlic internationally, some of them were documented in studies at that time.
Talking about the early 1970’s.

I wouldn't focus on fattening up. Instead on health. I did a 42 day water fast making me look skeletal followed by a 5 mos fruit ore diet with plenty of exercise and was in the best health of my life.

This women looks like she is dying she is so thin. Five feet and 2 inches.
Someone told her not to eat dairy and I did her measurements to see what
genotype she was and she was a nomad(blood type B)....lots and lots of cheeses
are diamond foods for her. Her right arm is numb and so she can't cook much
for herself..depends on her teenage kids to feed her. She drank bone soup for
about a year. I've passed the group's messages on to her. Thanks everyone.

MS...what food to fatten up?

Though we need more symptoms to prescribe a homeopathic remedy, yet her health can quickly be improved, including body weight and numbness of her right arm, by giving her biochemic salts.

She may be given 3 tablets (2 gms each) of each Calcarea Phos 6x and Natrum Mur 12x alternately with 4 hours duration. I hope much improvement within a week.

Regarding food, please explain why she was disallowed to take dairy products. However, I would suggest her take simple food, more vegetables with little chicken soup and bread. Any other person may suggest better food for her.

I think she may need (not now but later when her existing condition improves) Natrum Mur and/or Tuberculinum 200 and then 1M under supervision of a homeopath.

I shall be interested to know about her after taking the above salts for a week.

According to her blood type(B)..she is not supposed to eat chicken and for a
whole year she had lots of chicken bone soup. She lost so much weight that it
put a strain on her heart and that is what made her lung collapse. After our
meeting she ate chcken and rice. I've told her to give up the chicken. I gave
her the diet for her genotype a few days later...tore it right out of my
book...she says she doesn't have the energy to follow it to the letter unless
her kids make the food and she feels guilty about making them make her food.
Apparently, she is not ready to take any homeopathic remedies but thank you
for the ideas. They may become useful in the future.
