Sorry, Shannon, but I don't recall off the top of my head (this was years ago), and I don't have easy access right now to my old case files.
I would imagine I put her on tissue salts (Calc-phos., Sil.) to help with the bone regeneration. The Calc-fl. was strictly for the pain.
Peace,
Dale

I started taking this K2 from Jarrow and for whatever reason I feel very good after taking.
I was going to ask if you need to take K2 when you go into sun for it to work when the vitamin D is produced but says this formula has1/2 life in days

And your point is?
Or do you argue with me for the sake of it again?

K1, K2 and K3 are all forms of Vitamin K :-)
K3 is artificial and toxic.
K1 is converted to K2 in the body.

So in the end the one that matters is the one I was talking about using to keep calcium in bones - K2.
That is the one in green leaves - which I recommended.

I still do not know what you are dancing about.
Maybe you do :-)

Namaste,
Irene

if you would read the links you would know - K2 is something you take that is totally different to keep calcium in bones, when you take D3.
You don't get it from green leaves

no, Irene - you mislead people with so much of your postings
when you talk about K you are NOT talking about K2 (you are talking
about what now some refer to as K1, to delineate the difference.
It appears you do not know about K2 and the differences between the K
you are talking about
