Hi, Rafy
I've used Calc-fl. 200c to treat a woman who had a spontaneous fracture of the sacrum after being on anti-osteoporotic drugs for years. It was amazing how well it relieved her pain, when nothing allopathic had touched it.
Peace,
Dale

they also are the the hardest to take. Best to get late morning and after 2 pm. The sun is still pretty strong
but not so searing. Of course, if the temps are cooler, mid-day is great.

Dale,

That is wonderful to hear! Do you know how many doses she needed for resolution, and how much healing the remedy was able to bring to those damaged bones? Because of the way those drugs work -- by killing off some of the cells that would normally perform bone repair -- I have wondered what sort of healing might be accomplished.

Thanks,
Shannon

But -- I have read -- under the noonday sun (I suppose this means in summer), it takes *only about 15 minutes' exposure* for the body to produce some 20,000 IU of vitamin D, after which production stops for the day.

Even at high noon in midsummer, fifteen minutes will not cause any damage for most people. Another guideline I've read, is to take the midday sun only to the point that a slight pinking has just begun, then move to shade. Again, this should give full benefit, without any damage.

It is not just mid-day sun for which those standards apply.
it is the strongest, but you can get what you need without being in such strong heat.
Of coure when I was very young I lived in the sun all day and browned up like a walnut in summer.

Bone tissue is recycled and replaced every ten years. If thre is imbalance between aqdding calcium and losing calcium then you get osteoporosis.

Most people get enough calcium for the flow into the bones but few take enough Vit K to prevent calcium loss.
THIS results in osteoporosis and other bone problems.
Vit K comes in dark green leafy vegetables.
If the person is not eating a very good serving daily of dark green leaves (raw or cooked, both supply K), for reason of not liking spinach, dandelion or beet greens etc - then they can get it by making a greenie.

A basic greenie:
1 part dark green leaves (frozen is good)
2 parts frozen fruit pieces (eg mango, blueberry, raspberry, peach, watermelon, whatever etc)
(This ratio makes it taste mostly like fruit)
1 part greek yogurt or ice cream
3 or 4 parts milk.

If the solid ingredients are mostly frozen it comes out a delicious slushy type smoothie.
Stick it in a good thermos to be properly cold all day.

Not unless you know how to add it to the eggs:-)

Two large eggs (100g) have only 0.3 micrograms of K
100g of Spinach (10 leaves) has 482.9 micrograms of Vit K.
100g of Dandelion leaves have 778 micrograms of K

After dark leaves, next best is asparagus with 41.6 micrograms in 100g.

SO if you want a significant amount it needs to be from dark green leaves

Good and bad rays?
Who decides this?

Health benefits are to do with quantity of rays needed to form Vit D on the skin.
The skin stops making Vit D after it has gotten the right amount for the day.
It can be done in a shorter time with direct rays (15 mins with 25% skin exposure) than with oblique rays, but I see no reason to call the rays good or bad.
If anything midday rays will be more dangerous as they go though less atmosphere and may have more UV radiation that gets through than when there is a thick layer of atmopsphere to traverse.
