Vertigo case - Update

I fortunately never had vertigo. However, I have been plagued with chronic neck problems which were
very debilitating for years. I have found the remedies very helpfu. Interestingly, no remedy did the whole
neck. but different remedies at different times would seem to relieve 1 vertebrae which has held long term.
I also found the remedies useful in dissolving calcium deposits which had built up in neck to shoulder area.
This has also held over several years now.
I also use Low level laser, often in the morning when I am really tight in the back, shoulder of neck. It loosens
me up immediately. I invested in a professional unit a few years ago when I saw the benefits of the unit.
My dentist, of all people, introducted me to the technology and let me experiment in his office with it. It is like
a grosser form of homeopathy (that may be a stretch).

I often use an electrical acupuncture device. That is useful but it would be nice to have someone help to get at the trigger points. I found Magn Phos very useful in one case. Tension head and neck can cause havoc and if clenching jaw and grinding teeth is very difficult as the client fears some serious pathology. There is a Christian Goodman who has some useful exercises. The ideal though would be to find the remedy to unlock the vertebrae and then one wonders how Sankranan would regard that locking or stuckness. Homeopathy continually boggles the mind!! but makes life interesting ,Jean

well sankaran would take the case. but his method would be looking for the non-human specific language
that shows up in more that one way in the case (to be simplistic). if locking or sticking is what reappears, then he
would use that as the vital expression and develop the case from there. but other ideas might surface as well,
in a surprising twist.

Dear Joy,
What MM did you use when looking up Verbascum as I can't find the TMJ (where you mixing it up with trigeminal neuralgia?) but it does have shoulder problems. Some of her stuff is left sided- like the stitch after the bowel movement. I found



Yes it does mention vertigo but not specifically falling to the left.

It is amel rising which she is not.

Re - the wind all I can get out of her is that she has not liked it since a child and finds it destructive, noisy, fierce, disturbing and doesn't like it around her ears. She says she struggles with a hair dryer.

She has not seen a chiropractor and since se has all this shoulder stuff aching that is not a bad idea

Right now I am looking at Murphy, under 'face' affinity to the zygoma, temporo-maxillary joint (all connected and good enough for me anyway) and the neuralgia that is often associated with this joint problem. Also MM of the Mind and Sankaran's Plants

Vertigo - there is a rationale in the fact that she falls to the left as it is the left ear that has the complaint so I wouldn't necessarily confine myself to falling to the left.

Concentration difficult

Absent minded

Deafness

Headaches + pain in the eyes

sx are << movement

Limbs heavy and stiff

Pinching and gripings left side of abdomen

Neuralgic pain in limbs (toothache like pain?)

Plenty of sx that would cover so called IBS

SAI nose and larynx stopped up (small sinuses) SAI ears stopped up

Vertigo associated with coryza (Boenninghausen)

Causation can be from swimming! Lots of swimming when she was younger, maybe this has been her susceptibility for this for a long time

Affinity to the mucous membranes

Can be hyperactive, like to be busy (acts as a distraction)

The general feeling is that of being stopped up, adhesions, that seemed significant to me from what you've written about her. Sankaran writes "bonds and connections are not strong so they hold on tight', 'they compensate by not needing bonds' (she doesn't want relationships). Their fears develop when the connection is broken.

At least I now have another Rx to consider in January if the Nat Mur fails!!!
I like to be prepared.
Will keep the list updated - especially to whether giving 1 dose of Sal Ac 30 in water will get rid of the proving headache.

No change with the Sal Ac 30 WP from the second glass so she is going to try the Nat Mur - 1 dose 200 today.
