Her daughter has her on all sorts of supplements so she tells me but is very frustrated that the meals she buys for her mother and refrigerates are still to be found in the refrigerator untouched when she goes round there!!! Daughter arrived with her mother today absolutely furious about it and the fact that she had spent money on it and it wasn't being eaten!!
Apparently she is only eating cake. I suggested that someone goes in and sits with her at least for one meal of the day!!!

The patient can look after herself and goes for walks to the park and finds her way home although I have suggested that she has a card in her pocket with her nale and address on. Agreed - but you can't stop her going shopping for junk although her daughter fills the fridge with healthy food. The patient was meant (according to her daughter) to be food intolerant to wheat and sugar but that seems to be what she is eating now - with no ill effects- now she has forgotten this with the dementia!!! The patient live on her own but her daughter visits regularly

I think this is an excellent question but one would need to do some research but a link could be made between dementia, down syndrome, alzheimers and amyloid deposits in the brain - neuro toxic and cerebral haemorrhagic in some cases, all of which leans towards the cancer diathesis and thus also the tubercular as well (or the other way round even). So I would say, 'yes' to the question.
