I just joined and I am very happy to be here!

Perhaps you might consider Guaiacum Officianale. Or Sepia followed
by Guaiacum. See my thinking below...
Guaiacum is similar to Sulphur and Tuberculinum. It follows Sepia
and Calc well.
Sepia has:
- mind, confusion, when spoken to (2);
- mind, talk, indisposed to, desire to be silent, taciturn(1);
- mind, confusion, weeping amel (2);
- head pain, vertex (3);
- skin, eruptions, scaly (3);
- skin, discoloration, yellow spots (3);
- herpes circinatus in isolated spots;
- ringworm like eruption every spring;
- lentigo (small freckle like spots) in young women;
- face, eruptions, lips (3);
- chill, chilliness (3);
- cough (1-3 depending upon type, time);
- generalities, lassitude (2);
- generalities, weariness (3);
- freckles (2);
- (however - mind, consolation agg (3) does not fit as well all the
fears of sepia(3), cold in general aggravates sepia - and hot
applications amel (not cold), and some other mind/generals do not
fit).
- However, she does seem to fit the general worn down feeling of
Sepia and the need to be quiet. She is also approaching menses and
at that age schoolwork becomes more difficult and laborious all of
which could fit.
She has/had Sulphur qualities:
- mouth, discoloration, tongue, red tip (3);
- face, discoloration, red lips (3);
- skin eruptions; itching; painful (all 3);
- freckles (2)
- cough, headaches improved with Sulphur.
She also has many Tuberculinum rubrics:
- tinea (ring-shaped, scaly, itching patches on the skin - ringworm);
- skin eruptions, herpetic, circinate (round) (3); itching (2);
- chronic cough (tedious, 1; dry 3);
- generalities, lassitude (3);
- milk allergy;
- chill, chiliness (3);
- face discoloration, red lips (2);
- face, eruptions, herpes, about lips (2);
- (however - mind, fear of dogs (2) does not fit, nor do the
restlessness/hyperactivity/destructiveness/few but strong fears,
especially of being alone, of Tuberculinum);
- However, the subset of Tuberculinum children who are not
destructive can be quite sensitive and artistic.
This leads me to Guaiacum.
Guaiacum seems to fit well. It has the following:
- amelioration from cold applications as a keynote;
- mind, talk, indisposed to, desire to be silent, taciturn (3);
- mind, thoughts, vanishing of(2);
- generalities, lassitude (1);
- inclination to sit (3) staring (2);
- chill, chilliness (1);
- head pain, vertex (1);
- skin, eruptions, painful (1).
Just some ideas to think about! Call it synchronicity - considering
same ideas for someone who fits similar description to your patient
(age, gender, same inclination to sit and stare then weep when
questioned!, chronic cough at night, except no ringworm like
eruptions).
Sankaran has work on a ringworm miasm but I do not have access to
that information. Perhaps something you want to consider. Bacillinum
(nearly identical to Tuberculinum) is well known for ringworm and
pityriasis (skin condition with shedding of dry, flaky scales).
Would love to know what the results are whatever remedy you end up
selecting.
Truly,
Erica
