Bedwetting--Mentals reverting to Physical?
Bedwetting--Mentals reverting to Physical?
Greetings,
Where to begin.
I guess there are a number of questions and I'm sure for most of them the
classic answer of "that depends" applies.
How quickly would mentals revert to physicals? (that depends) with a 30C
Chamomila for four days on a 3.5 year old?
I have noticed a decrease in her fighting, capriciousness, disobedience and
sensitivities, but now she is back to wetting the bed and underwear (several
times during the day). There is nothing different in her life as far as
stressors go. She potty trained early at 20 months, so wetting the bed is
something that if she got angry during the day, I could almost guarrantee a
wet bed that night, especially in the last six months. Could time it like
clockwork. (you could say she was 'pissed off')
Could I be off as far as a remedy? as in almost but not quite?
I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts. I know this is very little to go
on and you can't read my brain, just the email. I welcome questions to help
clarify.

Re: Bedwetting--Mentals reverting to Physical?
> Greetings,
((( Yes, Cham may be well-chosen but only superficial, and a similar but
more well rounded chronic rx may be needed.
and tends to gain its laurels primarily in acute complaints. One of its
"chronic" complementaries may be more appropriate, esp Puls (which can be
agg by anger (nux-v is a complement of Puls for example - Puls can be
irritable and agg by it). Puls is a remedy which is overflowing with the
water element (e.g. weeping at anything). Enuresis could be a vicarious
form of pulsatilla weeping outlet for the anger (Puls also "does"
vicarious outlets). Mag-c also a cham chronic analogue, but prob less
likely to be the rx -- but we dont have the other sx in the case.
Suggest evaluate Puls first. Some keynotes provided below.
Otherwise, look for something else peculiar and evaluate medical and
trauma/response history.
Have provided some complements and large inclusive rubrics.
Best,
Andy

This particular case is a girl, but my godson is a bedwetter. Wouldn't it
be more beneficial to take the case, or has phos been so prevalent in boys'
bedwetting that it is now a symptoms cure instead?

Re: Bedwetting--Mentals reverting to Physical?
Hi K,
How long has it been since the dose, and how many nights since she
started wetting regularly without her previous stressor? If you were
evaluating her "starting from now", what might you be prescribing on,
or how might you be describing her--I mean, has the fighting etc. been
replaced by anything such as sensitivity, clinginess, fearfulness, or
does she simply seem more peaceful now? Sometimes the new picture
takes a while to finish its shift, and you don't want to "shoot at a
moving target", re-prescribe while the response is still happening and
the new(?) picture is still clarifying...

My first reaction to this msg is : A LOAD OF NONSENSE!!
Bed-wetting may have many causes and these need to be thoroughly
investigated.
The relevant rub = BLADDER - URINATION - involuntary - night with
111 remedies listed.

Re: Bedwetting--Mentals reverting to Physical?
we shouldn't be encouraging 'specifics' - the full case needs to be taken
if chamomilla has >>> her emotional situation to such an extent then dosing should stop
and watch and wait (one dose of 30c might have been enough), if the bed wetting
continues then the case needs to be re-evaluated with a view to changing potency or
possibly rx but a profound change in emotional sx has to be recognised as such. Joy
