Re: injury
Even an MRI may not show all degrees of tissue trauma. I'd say to use the appropriate remedies to get relief, and then take it easy - don't let her go back to kick boxing for a while:). Chances are she is just bruised and slightly tweaked. My own preference would be for some chiropractic as part of the recovery, too.

Re: injury
question my mom resorted to anti-inflammatories which did work for the muscle pain and the swelling has gone down........but the pain in the tail bone lowerback part from the fall...like she feel straight backwards right on her butt, that bone pain is still there. The xray did not show anything broken.
could ruta help becaue I already tried 3 doses of arnica. its like a hard blow to the bone...or should we just still wait a week or so? avoid remedies?

Re: injury
And carbo animalis is another specific to injury to the tailbone.
Can you describe what she's experiencing -- how intense, how often / constant, is it shooting or more of a dull ache?

Re: injury
Could be Symphytum if bone injury, could be hypericum if nerve, Rhus tox if muscles involved or staphasagra if she is angry about the fall. Is she experiencing grief over her loss of flexibility?
This is why you find a professional. If you keep slicing away at symptoms you will compromise the totality.
