especially for case management
but i have a suspicion you have already made your mind up on this,

I know this situation but in your previous mail you said:if the
older disease is stronger it will repel (I.e. diminish to the background to
a certain degree) the new disease. In this instance you would want to treat
the most dominant and/or dangerous but keep in mind the sx of the other..

when the strong older disease repels the new weaker one then how the symptoms of new weaker disease can be present!!!!!!!!!

Regarding complex disease you didn't say how you prescribe the remedy or may be I didn't understand well for your previous mail!!!!!!!!

Dear Shannon,

Regarding to "miasm" I mean "Hahnemann's miasms concept".
Of course if I want to say my opinion about other authors such as Sankaran or others I can say that to some extent they wanted to relate their definition to Hahnemann theory otherwise it was better to name their theories other that "miasm" such as "piasm" or "siasm" etc.!!!!!!!!!
Then it is better before continuing our discussion on miasm every body tell his/her mean of "miasm"

1-If you mean "Hahnemann miasm" then he has not said itch "mite" as a cause of psora.
2- Hahnemann has not said " miasm" as " susceptibility"!!!!!!!!!!!!
but if you mean "miasm" other than Hahnemann's one then I beg you pardon,pls do not answer to my mail.

What is to be cured is miasms not other things else,of course after put aside other obstacles such as exciting &maintaining cause.In fact in true natural chronic diseases we do not treat anything except miasms.

The stronger disease can/will repel in degrees, sometimes entirely,
sometimes partly, according to the strength of both of the dissimilar
diseases - every individual will be different.
