The miasm can be addressed by a remedy that strongly represents the miasm in question. I agree that it's tubercular (one reason, among others, that I suggested Agaricus). Rosemary

But it isn't 'obviously' tubercular. Some sycotic rx, namely Medorrhinum, is
also indicated.
Agaricus is more syco-tubercular, although Sankaran places it in his Leprosy
miasm which is nearer tubercular than sycotic, fwiw.
Milk is a common need in infants, not sure how important that is in this
case and how much of a craving is it - Apis craves milk and wakes in the
middle of the night crying and skin alternates being dry with sudden sweats.
It is important to grade the symptoms and give them a proper ranking.

All the orchids are beautiful to me and this one is homeopathic ecstasy,
literally 'ecstasy on waking at night' is highly characteristic. And as
often what accompanies ecstasy is its polarity - total indifference and
apathy - uppers and downers.
It has hypnotic and hallucinogenic properties as well as being a sedative.
Herbally I believe used for stress, hysteria and nervous tension as well as
the buzz factor (if you get my drift), and on a lesser level has the
stimulating powers of Thea and Coffea.
On a more serious note it is an important epilepsy remedy.
as far as I know we only use the yellow form, there is pink and white as
well. The 'pubescens' in the title = covered with fine hairs.
I am not a combo prescriber but I know homeopaths who have prescribed
Cypripedium, Scutellaria and Valerian (AA) for never been well situations
which have highly strung emotional situations as their causation. Definitely
not to be messed with.
