As always we could do with knowing more about WHY and HOW this person has
arrived at this situation - however I would be thinking about ZINCUM with a
bit of extra reading up on Fagopyrum and Dolichos - the latter mainly
because that when there is so much itching all over the body and there is no
external cause and drugs are not to blame then the liver might well be
exuding some bile through the skin which can itch intensely. But I would
look at Zinc first.

This a case that one of homoeopaths prescribes following remedies but there
is not any treatment yet.MERC-PHOS.-ARSENIC-SULPH.-CALC.-RHUS-T-NITRIC ACID.
Mail 55 y/o.
Itching of all body for 20 years.includ(ears-eys sculp and all body)firs
face become red then itching starts.pain in right & left heels morning
waking on and amel. after some motions.
Kind of pain in heels as if drilling.violent constipation.high blood
pres.basically lower blood pres.9.5.numbness of pollex of left hand.vertigo
walking while falling tendency to left.vertigo violently motion of head to
left or right in walking or sitting sitchwationsand by closing of eyes a
little amel.sour of stomach .tired of body.unreffereshing sleep.pain in
kness on ascending of stairs.mouth bad smell.sleep in abdoman is
impossible.anger easily.itching is worse by nervous excitments.there isnt
any amel. or agg. in cold and warm air.toungu is couted by white to
yellowish increasing by eating of warm foods.
It seems that his body has big resistance to all drugs allopathy antipathy
and homoeopathy remedies.
I prescribe psorinum without of any result.
