You could also look at Tissue Salts for some biochemic support for the tendons, always useful for this type of injury? Specifically, Calc Fluor &/or Silica.

Mary, I guess I should have been more specific, sorry. If a homeopath SUGGESTS to an owner that a certain remedy may help their pet and the owner gives it, would this not (technically) get around the stipulation?

Crataegus Oxycanthus has indeed been proved - see Murphy's Mat Med 2nd edition pages 556-559. His sources are Anschutz, Boericke, Clarke, Phatak.

Dr Jo Would you endorse that if somebody is unable to take a material dose or tincture of a herb (eg milkthistle, crataegus etc) because of a contraindication, interaction with a prescription drug, or an intolerance of some kind, it would be safe to take it in a low homeopathic potency of say 3X ins...
