Could any German speakers on the List kindly provide translations for the following:

(1) Nur in 2 Fällen gibt Hahnemann überhaupt die *Darreichungsform* an...
(2) *verschütteltes* Pulver.
(3) ...und daher sehr oft *hülfreiche* homöopathische Anwendung finden.
(4) In einer Abhandlung *im Zuge* einer Fieberepidemie 1809...
(5) ... "um gewiß frei zu seyn von der jetzign Laune".
