Lesion top knuckle on the right middle finger, split cracking, weeping,
red and swollen. Skin flakes off. There are white blisters which keep
breaking and oozing a clear watery liquid. Sometimes it peels and starts
all over again. It started small and gradually got worse and bigger over
the last 6 months.

Any thoughts other than Petroleum please?

I have been seeing this patient on and off for a couple of years and the
presenting complaint at the moment is Amenorrhoea again although she was
getting regular periods for a year or so. Bulimia seems to have
gone.Has also had thrush but at the moment that is not an issue. Last
Constitutional Rx was Carc which stopped the bulimia but may have
brought back the poor wound healing of the past which initially improved
with Hepar Sulph although I don't feel this is indicated anymore .

Calendula 200 in the past healed lesions but not this time.

Anyhow it is the finger that needs healing at the moment or she will be
resorting to anti biotics which she doesn't want to do.
