Hi all collegue ,
Just like to get your comments and advice on how effective is the macine or gadget such as radionic , Vega , etc........ using by some homeopath. I am a classical homeopath , but recently , I noticed that more and more homeopath turn to using those gadget and claim that it is very effective to find the remedy . I am very curious about it , is it true ? Is the macine could indicate the "Mental symptoms " ? Accuracy ?
I have no knowledge about these macines.
Highly appreciate your comments and advice.
Thanks.
Have a nice Day!!!

Re: Classical Homeopathy VS using macine
Hi HT,
There are, as I understand, two methods of application, and two types
of machine.
The simplest is where the machine relies o you deciding the remedy
FIRST by normal classical means and it only allows you to produce the
homeopathic remedy that you want by reading up the required remedy in a
book of remedy "rates" ( numbers) which are dialled into the machine to
produce the remedy onto the pills. I have used this type and it is very
effective. I have no real understanding of how or why it works, but it
does. So this method and machine only PRODUCE the remedy, not decide
it. Therefore the deciding process is still done according to normal
homeopathic methods. It is only the production of the remeedy that is
unorthodox
The second machine, allows for the practitioner to 'DOWSE' for the
remedy according to common RADIONIC principles ( not homeopathic). The
remedy is then either 'SENT" radionically to the patient, or put on a
pill and given to them. So in this method , not only is the method of
choice radionic, not homeopathic but the method of administering the
remedy may be different as well ( i.e. 'sent' radionically),
I have always found the machines bizarre in the extreme , yet the proof
of the pudding is in the eating, and they do work. Strange but true.

Simon

Re: Classical Homeopathy VS using macine
Hi Simon ,
Do you use it for both acute as well as chronic cases ? How long will the
remedy generated by the macine can hold ? Is it short acting ? Can it really
help the patient in totality or just the local problem ?
Thanks for your sharing .

Re: Classical Homeopathy VS using macine
yes, I have used it for acutes ( sometimes severe) and chronics for
over 12 years.
It has always worked (when I got the right Rx)
The remedy does not appear to be either short acting or not to hold.
Yes it helps the totatily in the same way as a Rx prepared in
traditional way as far as I can tell. .i.e. I have not seen myself or
other practitioners that use it ,.need to repeat more or less often
than those prescribing traditionally made Rx. It is the accuracy of Rx
choice and potency that makes the difference , not the method of
manufacture as far as I can tell.
There may be a slight difference over pharmacy made rxs but I can't
quantify it.
The advantages are: convenience + you can use nosodes in the lower
potencies
as I said I'm no expert on these machines, but they do appear to work
just as well as pharmacy rxs ( I use both - especially pharmacy made
for the newer rxs that don't have rates yet

Dear Simon,
How does this "dowsing method" work with the McGurk machine? It seems that there is some way of dosing for potency.
Blessings,
Ellen Madono

Re: Classical Homeopathy VS using macine
The VEGA and VOLL machines I guess would be a third type--not dowsing,
but register changes in electrical current at specific points on (I
think) the hands. But I think everyone(?) who uses these, uses them to
choose many remedies to give at once, and I was not impressed by the
results I experienced, many years back. I wouldn't call it homeopathy.
A machine to dowse with? Sounds intriguing! Actually I've had better
results with a good dowser than I have with any machine. (She used a
little string with a little bead at the end, held it in her hand--very
"woo-woo"!
