Binge drinking and alcoholicism

Thanks all.
My first case binge drinks. It certainly is destructive but he does it
in isolated events I think in a celebratory way with people so I think
more sycotic . In that case Thuja might fit. I have also to
explore if Tubercular. I am wondering about making an intervention
as his family are dear to me.
The other goes to bed drunk every night. Fortunately he is seeking
help and appears to be well motivated. Thank you Jean
