weight loss rem?

Dear all,
I'm interested in the rem suggested onlist recently for weight loss --
but of course I've forgotten who suggested it (he was not a practitioner but
had helped many of his friends with it, he himself takes arnica 6x daily for
heart) and what the rem was (two words 6x). Thanks for refreshing my memory.

The remedy suggested was Nat Phos 6x by Joe Delivera
