I'd really like to understand this - I'm treating two patients, a brother and a sister, who each have so many symptoms it's difficult to find a path. They respond well to some remedies, less well to others, and are constantly throwing things in different directions (metaphorically and remedy-wise). My suspicion is that I should try to look at their cases miasmatically, especially since there's a family resemblance, but do I mean constitutionally? Or Chronically? Or just send them off to the doctor and get some peace and quiet?
