Preparation of remedies

Post by Mary-anne Black »

Hi Sheila and everyone,

I noticed that you did not mention using a dilution glass. Do you see a
problem with using a dilution 'glass' instead of a paper or plastic cup?
I understand the problem with using a metal spoon to be a possibility of the
metal interacting with the remedy? And so I can see the reasoning behind
using plastic to stir the solution (although, not being a chemist, I do
wonder how inert plastic is in comparison?).
I also wonder at what unwanted experiences others had with metal spoons that
would warrant the change to plastic spoons.
Especially as H. didn't have access to plastics and I would think have used
metal. Are we perhaps being too meticulous here?

Would be interested in hearing other thoughts,

Have a lovely day!

dear all, more on the succussions: i said 4-8 successions in original post,
but i usually start with 4, so i can go up to six or down to 2 easily,
depending on what happens with the original 6. more later on glass,
plastic, metal, etc. sheila
