Repeating low potencies in dry doses works well enough on its own level
but Hahnemann developed a later system that works on a much different
level. I have found that not all cases can be cured with low C potencies
like 6c and 12c. For his reason, I use from 6c to 1M, etc., and a full
range of LM potencies 0/1 to 0/30. You cannot adjust the size of the dose
or the potency factor of the dry dose in a similar manner as the medical
solutions. That these changes made to the delivery system makes a
difference in the action of the remedies has been proven around the world
by scores of practitioners over the last 20+ years.

Kent's idea that the size of the dose and the nature of the delivery
system makes no difference in the action of remedies has been proven wrong
and Hahnemann's postulates have been proven correct. They only way you can
find out about this aspect of posology is to test these methods in the
clinic in the proper manner for a decent amount of time. Without
undertaking serious clinical trials the rest is projection.
