There are many potential remedies for this condition. However, you should consult with a qualified homeopath in order to get the best prescription for you, this is not something we would prescribe for just on the information you have given.

Dishydrosis? Remember not to use detergent, fairy, or other perfumed soap.
Use anti bacterial soap
Use olive oil at night - rub into the hnds lightly
