A Case of Arthritis
Rheumatoid factor positive
Male ,Age 45
Family History : TB (Father )
Paralysis, Epilepsy(Brother)
Complaints:
He has severe pain in Shoulder and Neck.Pain and swelling in
fingures.Also pain and swelling on back of wrist,more on left side,
also in mid-fingure.
Pain began on January,2005.,first on left deltoid,. It remained there
for some days. Then it shifted to right deltoid and shoulder. Now
pain on both shoulders ,but it is severe in right shoulder.He cannot
raise his arm above the shoulder level. Also pain shifted between
knees,lasted for some days on each side.
Pain in the sole, very difficult to touch the floor due to pain,
mostly in the morning after sleep.
