Arthritis

A case of Arthritis.
Rheomatoid factors positive.,but uric acid, Alkaline
phosphatase are Normal.
Male,Age 45.
Family History: T.B.(father)
Paralysis, Epilepsy(Brother)
Complaints:
He has severe pain in shoulder and Neck.Restless,
Absent-minded,Fear of disease (paralysis)
Sensation as if falling from bed.

Pain began first on left deltoid (for some days), now
pain in both shoulders, but it is more severe in the
right shoulder .Pain severe as he cannot raise his arm
above the shoulder level

Also pain shifted between knee, lasted for some days
in each side
Pain in the sole, very difficult to touch the floor
due to pain in the morning when he gets up from bed.
aggravations of pain:
Aggr. on descending steps.
Aggr.rising from seat after sitting
Aggr. cold air or drafts(covers with blanket, cannot
tolerates fanning)
Pain ameliorated from rubbing gently., but pain
remains there.
Rheumatism alternates with sore throat.,
