For Julian

Post by Liz Hennel »

Dear Julian,
You and I have never met, and now we probably won't in this world. I am of course saddened by your latest letter.
However, I want you to know that I WILL read the old books, return to the masters of earler times, re-prove old, small remedies rather than look for new "fancy" ones - I do believe we already have so many tools that we understand poorly and that we need to learn to use these more appropriately before we acquire new stuff.
I know that I am not alone in this - I am meeting more homeopaths who are talking in this way, the upsurge of interest in the last couple of years in Boenninghausen and Boger is indicative of this.
You should know that you have the respect of many homeopaths around the world. Your scholarship has been of tremendous value to us all. Your willingness to help new students of homepathy speaks to your generosity. You will be remembered, with much affection - THAT is real immortality.
best regards,
Liz

and another thing....

In that vein, did you perchance ever make a list of books you
recommend, in favourites order. (short version -essential reading sort
of thing)
Maybe it's on your site - I'lll look later
If not - and if you have the energy - let us have it?
- Not a broadside I don't mean - a booklist!

Jeez!!!

It is ON my web-site. Something about "condensed book shelf" by
Benjamin woodbury.
It is ALSO in my BOOK (in both, I think)-- for those who can remember
how to read.

Look at my "Heritage" and glean my comments. THAT'S WHY I did it.
