Chronic lung problem....

Here I like to share case of lingering lung problem that has been afflicted since many years.
P/H of PTB with allopathic and intercurrent homeopathic treatment.
Present symptoms are chronic cough with expectoration of mucopurulent sputum. Every morning on waking up excites cough with sputum. (After bouts of cough)
Productive cough on continous movement with postural changes.
Sensitive to temperature changes.
Body temperature on low grade fever with chilliness and cold feet - more toward afternoon.
Unable to gain weight and appetite quite poor.Though trying hard by taking supliment.
At present on antibiotic and antiasthamatic.
Hope you can give suggestion.

If you want to do justice to the patient, get a full
case. The chronic cough, muco purulent expectoration
on raising, emaciation, chilliness and evening fever
are the common symptoms. Look what differentiates this
patient from all others who had TB. Look at all the
aggravations and amels, desires and aversions, mental
attitudes, state, mental nature when he was normal and
how he changed etc.
Presently once he settles down after the antibiotics,
probe all the above points.
I think you will have no difficulty if you have
studied the basic texts.
