Dear Rochelle,
I have treated countless number of cases successful. Some as large as 10-12
mm. Never had any difficulties with them.
The drugs used in the order are
1. Calc. carb (about 80% cases)
2. Belladonna
3. Sulphur
4. Pulsatilla
5. Natrum mur
Please note that actually scratching them gets out some kind of moistening
with the virus on to the nails and when scratched another area or another
persons skin with the nails will help in the spreading. The classical way of
spread here is in schools the kids pinch at it and will put on the skin of a
friend so that within a few days they also get it. (Mostly it look like
little Xmas bulbs on the skin shiny milky like little pearls, so may be kids
took them as a fancy).
I have even grown ups with cases.
Even though in my experience it is not highly contagious. I had many
siblings who did not get it as well as many who got it all!

Re: Molluscum
How interesting as I feel kids here would never do that. they are very embarrassed about them and don't want them to show. I think it is quite new in UK and has been brought here by foreign holidays as many people have never heard of them. In the latest case I gave Nat Mur 30- the child came out in a fever and now they have started popping.

Re: Molluscum
Dear Rochelle,
That's due to cultural differences. In these part of the world the only
illness that's taboo is leprosy and then comes AIDS!
A little more about molluscum; in my experience smaller ones (<3-4mm)will
disappear without popping up within four days to two-three weeks time.
Larger ones pop up and may even leave a scar but if you manage well no trace
will remain. That also occurs within days. Take care to properly disinfect
the popped ones with Calendula Q or some local disinfectants available at
least three times a day for two three days of popping to avoid spread.
In the local language it is called "Paalunni" meaning 'milk beads' and is
never considered a serious disorder except by some very few hypersensitive
moms.
Some of my colleagues have used Carcinosin with results.
Also please see attached some images from a case. The first two images (a
and b) are one week apart. The third one (c) is of five and a half month
later, which I took when the boy came for another complaint.

Re: Molluscum
Thanks for that . Your photography is a lot better than mine. (Attachments were sent to me privately) I haven't
actually photographed any of my molluscum cases. My only on going case has
them under his penis and I don't think he would want that photographed!! I
have never had a case on the face. They are normally chest, thighs and upper
arms. I have to say that I have never seen such large "milk beads" (I love
that name and will now refer to them as that to my little patients) only the
small ones. I do tell patients to use calendula . I notice in your photos that they actually look like milk in the pustules whereas the ones I have seen are clear - looking more like chicken pox pustules except they don't go away. According to the allopathic doctors they can last up to 2 years.

Dear Abdul
It's interesting that the mollusca in your area are referred to as "milk
beads".
Like you I generally get the mother to disinfect the skin with a lotion of
Calendula and or Echinacea along with whatever is the appropriate Simillimum
(I often find Silicea works but that's not a general statement).
However, with the last case I treated, the mother of the child was lactating
and I got her to express and wash the lesions with EBM (it contains strong
anti-viral and anti-carcinogenic properties as well as interferon). The
lesions cleared in 3 weeks.
Hope some will find this tip helpful
regards
Patricia
PS EBM works wonderfully on chicken pox lesions also and will do so
similarly on herpes lesions especially if the lactating woman is a sufferer
of herpes herself.
