Dear Soroush,

It is not true that it wont work. Better to say that it wont work towards
cure but will definitely alter the totality so that the case will become
difficult to manage with causticum again (unless we intervene with some
thing else in between). This is in case of a purely dynamic disease, which
is caused by the vital force of the disease force on the vital force of the
organism, which also is not causing some great pathological damage so that
vital force of the organism can eventually manage a cure after some time. In
such cases after some time one may even find the original similimum
(causticum here) being indicated again (as the root 'disease vital force'
remaining there and the mis prescribed drug exhausting its action). It is
like the cure by partially similar remedies (zig zag cure mentioned by H'n).

How ever in case of an advanced pathological condition there wont be enough
resources/time available with vital force to do all this and we will loose.

It should be also noted that as given by Robyn there may be cases where
inimicals cure the cases. I know of one physician who routinely give mixed
drugs (even Apis and Rhus together!!) and have a very good number of
patients per day.

On the contrary if we give a drug which have none so ever relationship with
the case IT WONT WORK. Because in that case the drug will be only plain
water or sugar to the vital force of the organism. If there is any
similarity it will work on that aspect at least.

I think it is very good that we can talk like this because we are all trying
to develop homoeopathy by exposing our strong and week points. I consider my
self still a student and will look for more about this.
