rubric suggestion please

Can anyone suggest a rubric, or remedy, for easily distracted, easily
lose focus, or easily knocked off center by other people's energy, for
otherwise healthy sensitive, intuitive people.

Sensitive to (various things, e.g. "all external impressions" and others)
Concentration difficult
