MMR expose - Dispatches programme (apologies not strictly Homeopathy)

Why doesn't Andrew Wakefield get his solicitors onto this, the programme
that is, they can demand to see it I would have thought and although Channel
4's legal team would have okayed it for tx this doesn't mean to say it can't
be stopped.
