Dear all,
Thanx for the addition you are all putting in. Some times the feeling you
have seeing all these (mal-practice) gets overwhelming. That's why I wrote
such a long mail.
I am now thinking about putting all this in an article in one of the coming
issues. So any more history/suggestions/additions are always welcomed.
