RESPIRATION-COUGH-during
What do you understand by it? When would you use it (What signs/symptoms
would the patient show?)

Good question! I would interpret it as a rather non-specific rubric to use
when there are problems of respiration during coughing. Does anyone have
access to Fredric Schroyens' e-mail to ask him?
