Vitamin C
Re: Vitamin C
Yes, The RAE simulator boxes from UK have cards for all the vitamins so you
can make a homoeopathic potency out of any vitamin using the card. I am
assuming this is one of those remedies.

Re: Vitamin C
Any substance can be potentised but unless it has had a homeopathic proving
it cannot be said to be truly homeopathic. What are the proving sx for this
remedy - if any?
Best wishes, Joy

Where do I find out about RAE Simulator Boxes? What are they?

Re: Vitamin C
Dear George,
I have a couple of these (not for sale) and have been
using these for
over 20 years with considerable success. They were available from :
"Magnetogeometrics Ltd" in London UK -I'll see if I can find out whether
they are
still in business and post it on the Group if they are - if not I could
probably make a copy of the boxes I have.
They are boxes containing one or more magnets in a particular arrangement,
with one or more slots for the insertion of 'Rae simulator cards' which
determine which remedy is to be simulated.
Certainly they are very effective, but the Rae Cards which they use to
determine the potency cost about £1 each (over one dollar). I have several
hundred of these cards representing many different remedies, but there are
several thousand available, so it represents a considerable investment to
get a big range of them. By dowsing, one can quickly make one's own cards.
The cards do not seem to be a *completely* accurate representation of the
stated remedy, but are very close, and certainly they work well in spite of
that.
Another device which seems at least equally effective and costs a lot less
is the
"White Mountain Voice Programmed Remedy Maker" which avoids the expense of
all those cards, is pocket-portable, and available in the US from "White
Mountain Energy Products" at www.remedydevices.com or in Europe from my own
website:

Re: Vitamin C
I have no idea I was just answering the question as to what the Vit C 30
could be? i.e. RAE card
could be? i.e. RAE card
Re: Vitamin C
Thank you everybody. Vitamin C 30C was given to me for my injured horse -
he received a wound which penetrated the hock joint just last week. So far
he's lucky to have survived, as he was caught up & fell completely over a
fence whilst agisted on my friend's property and she didn't notice - he was
probably lying in the cold & wet for 24 hours until I found him. He's been
at the vet since last Tuesday night & thankfully, he's open to alternative
treatments so has not objected to me treating him with homoeopathy as well.
I was given the Vitamin C, but was unsure of whether it would act like the
physical substance or not. Have provings ever been done on it?

Re: Vitamin C
Hi Rosemary,
I would have much greater confidence in a remedy chosen based on the horse's
symptom picture and/or etiology. I've no idea whether potentized vitamin C
would act as the substance, but in any case Vitamin C [substance] is
***MUCH*** less effective than is a well-chosen acute remedy. (I have
compared!!!) Are you trying "regular" remedies too? Also, are you familiar
with calendula tincture as a wound dressing (antibacterial, and speeds
healing!)?
If you'd like help choosing a remedy by the more "traditional" route,
perhaps we could help?

Re: Vitamin C
Thank you Shannon. I gave him Aconite when I found him because he was in
shock - I actually thought he was dead. He has also received Arnica,
Hypericum, Ledum initially and now Silicea for the pus (which has almost
cleared). I had a problem with my source of calendula over here before as I
actually had every wound I treated (human & animal) become infected after I
used it.
I would appreciate any help that's offered - I can't think clearly when it's
my own animal that's involved.

Re: Vitamin C
Sounds like you've made a terrific start, and I totally relate to the "can't
think clearly" over "family" traumas! I don't know what to think about the
calendula causing infections... Was it from a "reputable source"?
Describe as much as you can of the horse's current situation -- what does
the wound look like, is it healing as expected, how is the horse looking and
behaving, and what do you feel he still needs help with (wound-wise or
otherwise)?
