Psora sets the blueprint for all chronic miasms which includes a

Although psora is the mother of all miasms but all miasms are not
psora. Psora begins with a cutaneous eruption which is spread by dermal
contact. Psora includes all soft tissue infections caused by mites,
bacteria, viruses and fungi. All of these are mentioned in the Chronic
Disease. HIV/AIDS is a spread by bodily fluids by sexual contact, needles,
blood products, etc. It is primary a venereal miasms and a deeper
progression of VD than sycosis and syphilis. The KS acts like its skin
lesion like the condylomata acuminata of sycosis and the condylomata lata
of syphilis. All the miasms are building one upon the other forming more
complex states and paving the way for even deeper and more destructive
manifestations. HIV/AIDS symptoms look the most like syphilis! Now all the
other miasms are piggybacking on HIV/AIDS.

The miasms are building in cycle which increases their virulency. For
example, psora is destructive but pseudopsora TB can kill more quickly.
Psora takes skin contact but pseudopsora is airborne. Sycosis, syphilis,
hepatitis and AIDS are all venereal miasms. What is next? I would predict
that the next miasm will be a new chronic psora-pseudopsora-like airborne
virus that kills most of its patient rather quickly. Of course,
Homoeopathy can do wonders in the 3rd world as a front-line medicine.
When I practice in the USA I do not get to treat the wide variety of
serious acute disease and acute miasms nor the advance states of chronic
pathology I common treat in India. This is where I learned what Homoeopathy
can really do as a primary health system. It could do similar wonders in
the West but we don't get to see many of those types of patients. They are
mostly in the allopathic hospitals and clinics!
Yes, the newer anti-viral drugs are more effective in preserving life
than the older drugs. I have found that the LM potency can work through
most drugs but I think the new combination treatments would be a challenge.
It is always better to prevent or treat the early stages of any miasm.
