Hi,
This is all I could find in EH.

pks1 - Diabetes mellitus - Adrenalinum] (extract of the supra-renal glands,
a sarcode)
[pks1 - Diabetes mellitus - Adrenalinum] Clarke mentions it as having cured
the following symptoms : Loss of strength, wasting, bronzing of the skin.
Thus, Adrenalin may be found useful in ‘Bronzed Diabetes’ which is a variety
of Diabetes secondary to Haemochromatosis

I personally feel puls and lyc are to be also considered.
