The inquiry of fear of vomiting requires a more complete picture. Does
the pt. vomit; Is there nausea w/ or w/o vomiting; Is there hiccough; Is
there acid reflux; Is there any other GI issue; Are there headaches;
Dizziness; Costipation; Diarrhea; undigested food in the stool.....

Anxiety is not factually based; while, fear is factually based. Anxiety
causes a condition of stagnation which reflects with liver issues; while
fear reflects with Kidney issues with a spiritual disharmony. Likely
the pt. can identify that image which produces the pattern.
