Just to say I had the patient in today and we have a definite
improvement with the Causticum - 1 dose 200C. The acne is better
than it has ever been and is coming up now in odd isolated big
pustular spots as opposed to a mass of acne. He is thrilled. This
lad never stopped talking to take a breathe!! A lot of things are
changing. He has gone Vegan as he said he was going to. He is now
eating margerine on toast which he has never done and eating spicy
food. It's been 3 months since he had a depression fit (normally
every 2 months), jealousy better and he feels quite calm even in
situations where he have been aggresive previously. I have not
prescribed as I don't feel the action of the Rx has finished. I am
thinking maybe Lachesis next but will will see when he returns.

really think it suits him with the M and E's. The only trouble is
there are no proving symptoms that I can find anywhere for this Rx
to do with acne on the back or anything similar so I chickened out
and gave him a dose of Causticum which was actually the top Rx in
my rep. My question is would you prescribe on just the M and E's
with none of the presenting physicals or even really many of the
generals
