A galling debate

I have been watching the gallstone tussle here on the forum, and I
wonder why there is a debate about it -- surely we all know that Sil.
for instance, is known to promote the expulsion of foreign objects,
from splinters to shrapnel to tooth fillings to the decayed teeth
themselves. Once the terrain changes due to the influence of a
homeopathic remedy, why is it so impossible to believe that the body
can rid itself of that which arose of itself? We have many instances
in the records and literature of cysts and tumours being expelled from
the body, thanks to the correctly selected homeopathic remedy. But
just like the allopaths will backtrack and cover their behinds by
saying, "Oh, well, it wasn't really cancer (or what-have-you) in the
first place", Dr. Bucur says when faced with cured gallstone cases,
"Oh, well, they weren't really gallstones..."
