Vermiculite 6x.....

Question from a lurker.....

Has anyone heard of vermiculite 6x? I have been questioned about this from
a dog list I am on....

I made my own with Vermiculite from a hardware store, as the SHIPPING is so expensive to the US from Europe. 6X is not that hard to make with mortar and pestle, and sugar. Just have to shake it a LOT, but that's good exercise. I've posted other resources below for those who can purchase from Europe or New Zealand.

Hi Shannon,

A friend of mine wanted to try it, who is severely crippled with arthritis, and fairly elderly. He said that so far, he felt it helped with the stiffness and pain.... but it's not reversed the crooked fingers, etc.... He has Osteoarthritis. He hasn't been on it for enough time to tell if it will reverse other problems, but he was happy with additional flexibility and less pain.

I ground it in sugar for about 20 minutes, then put did one part trituation to 10 parts water, and shook for about 30 minutes, then repeated with water dilutions and shaking another 5 times.
