You must be careful that the Coke you take is NOT Diet Coke etc

Else you will receive two lots of nuro-excitotoxin!

MSG is an excitotoxin and should be avoided altogether.

Most chinese restaurants in asia use msg. An effective antidote is - Coke!
So for those who are sensitive to msg, have a Coke to accompany your chinese
meal

the best 'antidote' is to not eat MSG at all.
here in the usa i simply ask them not to put in my
food, telling them i am allergic to it. most of the
chinese restaurants around me and in nyc will
respect your request. of course, you cant
eliminate the msg that is in premade condiments
such as hoisin sauce or others that are used.
