of course Millesimal is better to use but not indispensable.
the case is already overdosed with too frequent repetition of 200 potency.
it was better to present in a more organised form FIT FOR repertorization.
here i may suggest,

*liver stimulation; more of yoghurt and fresh fruit/ juices, less of meat
products.

*improve body function, light massage towards heart, upward on extremities.
*Psychotherapy; relaxation techniques
take the case NOT as a cancer case but what is the similmum, use a computer
repertory.
did u try world renowned Iscador [Viscum extract] as a support.
which is the most acute phase of the case.
