OT- Anyone know what this is?

Every now and then I get a message like this below.

Does anyone here know what this is, whether it's for real? I'm so leery of
clicking on links sent to me unsolicited, especially because the ddress
given below doesn't look to me like a "real" web address. Anyone know, or
how I could check it out without clicking on it???
