I use LMs myself most of the time, and agree with you that I would
probably
use them in this case. I would be afraid to stress his system too much
with a dry dose,
and the potential for being antidoted with allo meds is too real.

I think that's the clue and I would look at SILICEA very closely.
Fear of needles is typical for Silicea.
Silicea it is a polychrest, can treat all the three (or four) miasms,
which is necessary in your case. Silicea is - among others - connected
with suppuration, eruption inclined to ulcerate, necrosis of membranous
parts, soft tissue, periosteum, bones. Stacy Jones mentions cancer.
I would especially check the mental symptoms, the characteristics, the
generals. That seems to be decisive in your case, as you say:

There is a wonderful description of Silicea children, it covers the
issues mentioned above as well as the child's development, from birth to
puberty, and refers to the interaction between mother and child as well.
It's in the book Mohinder Singh Jus, Kindertypen in der Homöpathie (Zug
1998) page 131-156. If can read German I would scan those pages and send
them to you in an email attachment.

If you can't read German, I could translate some extracts for you.
If you fond the similimum, be it Silicea or not, potency is another
question that arises. Not to low, because it will be a constitutional,
not to high, because there is cancer, tricky question. Maybe a case for
LM especially because of the scans? Perhaps some LM specialists can
comment on that question.
