Pharmacies # Manufacturers (was: dilemma)

Hi,

Thanks to all the replies.

Now when the value of the Euro and the British pound is so much increased -
they are not so cheap anymore...

Also, the quality also counts. Some pharmacies, all over the world (as
opposed to the big excellent manufacturers) have some faults some of the
time. I am *not* referring to Helios or to any specific pharmacy; you
should, IMO, check every remedy that you receive from a pharmacy and see if
this is up to the standards that you hoped to get. If you find a fault,
please send a complaint and even ask for a replacement. This will make them
become better in the future.

To name just a few faults of pharmacies:

1. They (sometimes) do not dry the globules thoroughly, and you get WET
globules. This is , in my opinion, not good, for these reasons:

(a) Probably the alcohol will slowly evapotrate in your drawer and may
"contaminate" the outer surface of other bottles in that drawer.

(b) When *you* open the bottle, to give a dose to others - you may smell the
alcoholic potency and *take* the remedy yourself unintentionaly.

2. They sometimes forget to close the caps tightly, and the remedy in a
partially-closed bottle is exposed to outer smells and harmful influences
and may be harmed. Sometimes the bottle is HALF-opened !

3. some of them seem do medicate the globules *in the bottle itself*
(especially in the bigger bottles) and this (somehow) leaves some powder on
the *outer* neck of the bottle. Then when you open and close the bottle
once or twice - some of that powder (which contains the potency) may fall on
your hands and you then "take" the remedy yourself by this touch fall or in
your drawer
and stick to the outer surfaces of other bottles. When you touch that part
in the other bottles - you may take that remedy (by merely touching).
