Listen...I think many share your view about Anna and trolls. They can be
unrelentingly boring...and they seem to be working in numbers at the moment,
all intent on disrupting communities of homeopaths everywhere.
But I read one of Anna's posts, decided I'd heard that argument before, and
now when I get my mail from the mailing list each morning, I simply check
off any letters sent by Anna before I even open them and just delete them.
It's easy to do, and I have a pleasant morning reading the mail that's
relevant.
That delete button? Still one of the very best inventions of the last
century. I highly recommend the work out you get from its employment!!

I agree Nancy.. unfortunately, I am on digest on this list, so when I get
the digests I have to read thru most of the emails... the last few days it
has been hard to do that without running into one of the undesirable posts!
Maybe it is time for me to get back to individual emails!
