Taking on OP's stuff

Post by Rochelle »

Now if I have someone in and they are very much affected by the problems of others I know which Rx to look at. However today our Pilates teacher started by saying that if any of us have any injuries then she didn't want to know. She went on to say that in the last 3 weeks people have told her of an injury e.g a shooting pain in the knee, a very stiff shoulder and the next day she has come out with exactly the same symptoms. Now has anyone a clue what Rx that could be???? She is not a patient , it is just out of interest.

You could look at remedies like Carcinosin and Phosphorus because they have
problems with establishing boundaries so they can take on other people's
"stuff".

There is also a little rubric in Murphy, Delusions, Disease, every disease
that he has - aur-m, stram. Another rubric, again in Murphy, Mind,
Sensitive, external impressions.... and there is a healthy list of remedies
there too!

Hi Rochelle,

I assume that by "rx" you mean rubric, rather than remedy???? Are you
thinking of the "horrible things and sad stories" rubric, or another? Hm, I
was comparing this one with "sympathetic", and I'm kind of interested by how
many remedies are in one rubric but not the other; I'd have thought of them
as nearly the same, tho thinking more I can see that they're not!

For your pilates teacher maybe I'd just look at one of the "sensitive"
rubrics (several possibilities)?

Cheers,
Shannon

Also, lyssin is there, and it is noted: MIND; SYMPATHETIC, compassionate; felt same pain his brother complained of (2) : ephe., lyss

So is ephedra, in case she is proving that herb dietarily.

even though the complaints are not her own. Farfetched, but in the interest of making this into a study that will apply to similar situations, it is worthwhile adding as it implies physical susceptibility to thoughts. While she may be picking up the energy another way, she seems more concerned about HEARING the information, which seems to have been enough.

I collected some rubrics in general about this type of issue below.
