Position in society an issue, designer clothes, sudden change of life style
due to families problems as teenager. Pain at menses with vomiting. Jean

Hi Rochelle
I would agree that Veratrum a is worth a look, vomiting accom by painful
menses & cold extrem - but the acne is missing -- and don't forget good old
Sepia a great hormonal remedy, which has excessive hair growth, acne before
menses and vomiting during menses. If you read authors such as Candegabe,
in their experience it is important not to get too caught up in the
appearance of the patient, as this could steer you away from the important
things that need looking at. Also, just because something is missing from a
remedy may not mean that it should be excluded. Keep in mind the three
legged stool

Nat m also covers everything mentioned above as well as the cold extrem -
could it be that simple?

I suppose it all depends on the emphasis you place when repping what comes
up

Dear Rochelle,

Two remedies cuprum and Nux v were head to head.Nux v
seems
a better choice. I used Boger exclusively here since
the
aggs, amels and concommittants are plenty here.

lower abdomen 2 4
cramp 5 5
heaviness 2 5
shooting 2 -
vomitting with 3 4
lying amel 2 4

There is a splendid section on menstruation
concomittants
before,during,and after.
concommittants at the start of menses
nausea &vomitting 3 5
face - -
abdomen 3 5
skin eruption - 2
gen. weakness - 4

Nux is better by warmth and is thirsty.
The abdominal pains are recent and the current layer
and this nux v will reveal the next layer of acne.
Then may be a complementary of nux v will finish it
off.
