In Millenium Repertory (Roger van Zandvoort) constriction of chest is
in Modalities.
So it is anxiety and constriction of chest. For the same remedy
(Spigelia for example) you can find in MM anxiety with constriction
(Knerr) or constriction with anxiety (Hering)
