Off topic Offering clinical advice

Post by dihuang2 »

When operating within a social system governed by the rule of law one must identify the parameters allowable within the specific jurisdiction in which one operates.
No one is able to offer a claim of cure for anything. If one has licensure then its application is defined for you. If without licensure then one is governed more broadly and the issues raised by the Healthcare Freedom Legislation is within your sites.
Whether with or without licensure one may suggest a plan of treatment for an issue. And one should, establish explicit understanding with the user of a service that they understand who is the provider of information and that the suggested course of action is for the treatment of ______.
One does not have to be an MD to offer information which is readily available to the public.
