Past history

Pneumonia 2 days after birth, was kept in an incubator for 15 days and was
given allopathic medication.

After case study , the patient was given single dose of a remedy followed

2. While crying, she never produced tears. This week for the first time in
12 years, she had tears in her eyes.
3. The child never had any kind of discharge either from her nose or her
mouth. Again, for the first time in her life, she produced profuse
quantities of yellowish discharge from her nose.

Still on placebo for 15 days.

Questions
1. What remedy would you prescribe for the above case?
2. What is your assessment of the changes after the first prescription?
3. What will be your follow up?
